To find the Median just arrange the compensation in ascending order. Now we have total of 10 industry so Median would be mean of 5th and 6th Term. We calculated Median = 10911 which is greater than 10522. Government has spent 10522 in compensation in 1941 and it is greater so first is true.
2nd Question - Rank of Transportation is 4th not 3rd. So false statement
