2nd - The percentage of Asian men who smoke cigarettes is equal to the median of the percentages for women across the racial groups.

Asian men = 16.9%, Median of women = (16.7+19.2) / 2 = 35.9 / 2 = 17.95%
Not equal.

3. The percentage of Asian men who smoke cigarettes is equal to the median of the percentages for women across the racial groups. 16.9\% of Asian men smoke cigarettes. The median for women would be equal to \(\frac{19.2\% + 16.7\%}{2} = 17.95\%\). 16.9% is not equal to 17.95%. So, this statement is false.
4. The ethnic group with the smallest percentage of women who smoke has a percentage of male smokers greater than the median percentage for all men across the racial groups.
