When you're serious about an MBA, everyone wants to touch that magical "700" number. However, when you are in the exam hall you have all kinds of pressures on you, Timing, getting question correct, stamina etc
I underestimated myself on the GMAT day and ended up getting a horrible IR score.
So here we go with the story
I went to the centre, started in a panic mode, I thought I had a limited 2 minutes time on filling out universities, and ended up sending the score to doctoral program instead of MBA. That is just the beginning. Now, I'm in full panic mode trying to relax myself before I get to verbal section. Verbal section started, as I knew that if I get too many SC questions in beginning, the end won't be good. Guess what, the fear came to reality. When we start the test, we're usually getting in the rhythm. Apparently he RC apprered in the last 5 questions and I solved it in a panic mode and then somehow ended the test. I was sure that I'll have to give my 200% in quant if I need that score, so I tried to do the impossible, I tried to get answers to even the questions that didn't require work, the DS questions. I rushed through the last 6 questions, ended up with disappointment. Now I was sure that I'd have to give the test again, so, what did I do? I took IR lightly, ended up with a 3. Yeah I know, however my GMAT score was good.
MY FINAL ADVICE-
Do not give up until the test ends, you never know what life has in it for you.
