1)B,Feb 15 is the correct date since if we see the graph and the earliest line in it and find its intersection with 70°C ,then the date comes as Feb 15.
2)B, Approximately the average,since if consider the line "2010" and the line "average" then there intersection point at 70°C is approximately at the same time frame in the beginning of April
