The graph shows the percentage breakdown of the number of fruits sold in a given week at four farmers' market stands.

Use the drop-down menus to fill in the blanks in each of the following statements based on the information given by the graph.

1. If Harold's Harvest sold 140 apples, then the number of dates sold there was closest to .

2. If, during the week, Ephraim's Edibles sold 368 pieces of fruit while Giuseppe's Gourmet sold 127 pieces of fruit, then the number of apples sold at Ephraim's Edibles was the number of apples sold at Giuseppe's Gourmet.

Kudos
1) Apples sold by Harold's Harvest is ~25% of total fruit sale by Harold's Harvest.
So total fruit sale will be 4*140 ~ 560

Percentage of dates ~ 60%(slightly less than 60)

So number of dates = 0.6*560 = 336 (slightly less than 336)
Hence, B

2) Apple percentage in EE ~ 15%
Apple Percentage in GG ~ 30%
Total Fruits sold in EE = 368
Total Fruits sold in GG = 127

Apples sold in EE = 0.15*368 = ~55
Apples sold in GG = 0.3*127 = ~38

Hence, A

For the first question, I considered Apples 28% and Dates 56%. The result of my calculations was 280 (A). Are the answers not too close for a reasonable level of approximation?
