I. Between 10 hours and 11 hours, the percentage value increases from 4 to 9; that’s more than 100% increase and the highest of all the intervals.

Hence, 10 and 11 is the correct answer choice.

II. The label that lies most away from the curve represents 11 hours and approximately 9% of the accidents.

Hence, 11 hours is the correct answer choice.
