The curve represents the estimates and the points represent the actual values. The estimate is least accurate at point x = 11 hrs. The curve is much lower than the point (actual value) at x = 11 hrs.

NOt able to understand the second questiono? What does least accurate mean? If there is a deviation in the graph, can that mean that it is least accurate?KarishmaB Can you help?

The value at 10 hrs is about 5% and at 11 hrs is about 10%. That is a 5% increase.
The value at 12 hours is about 9% so from 10 hrs to 12 hrs, the increase is only 4%.
Hence maximum increase happened from 10 hrs to 11 hrs.

We have to consider 10% ( the black outside the line) for 10 hrs.. I thought that we had to consider the value that appears on the line.

The line is a trend line. Otherwise, the points data don't make sense.
