C. The higher the internet speed, the highest bandwidth would be better for application performance.
D. To increase the performance of an application, the higher speed internet is required for higher bandwidth.
E. As the bandwidth requirements of an application become greater, the speed of the internet required to get better performance becomes higher.

Nothing wrong with the original sentence, correct answer must be (A)
