Hi everyone,
As it says on the tin, what's the job market like in the US for international MBA grads? Of course I take it graduating from elite schools where most companies recruit always gives you a great chance, but what about the the non "elite" places, places like Penn State or Boston U (as two examples)? From reading the Bloomberg Businessweek rankings both those schools rank in the top 40, which is quite respectable, while not at the very top.
Do a lot of companies get discouraged from employing international grads from non-elite schools? Or is it the classic case of working hard and graduating near the top of the class and networking effectively that will help employment prospects? Thanks all.
