Are they going to release results the day of, or do they start calling admitted candidates the day before?

Hi, not sure if Adcom calls admitted candidated, I guess they just send out emails! Usually rejects are sent out first, followed by waitlists and finally admits!

from what I have read from R2, everyone is notified via email, Dings first, then waitlist, then admits.

most people seem to have received their notifications around 4pm EST so late in the evening GMT

I think it will be same as with the interview decisions. LBS is always very sharp on the deadlines. But this last day of waiting is always the worst :-)

I just don't get it! I got this ding after my interviewer started an interview by saying that my application is the most interesting and the longest one he has ever seen in 12 years of interviews!

Do you have any insight about what have gone wrong?

Well I think I have a very unique profile for LBS, as I have worked for 7 years in education/cunsulting and non-profit field!
Are you an admit? I will need to have things work with HEC now, as I had a really huge gap between HEC and LBS decision deadlines!
