The longest 4 months of my life

Question

From now untill mid July (when I leave work) things are going to be really tough, yesterday and today I just could not concentrate at work. I remember that last year many people here also stated something very similar.

So just to tell you guys how I fell right now:

QUOTE FOR TODAY - and the next months

"I don't mind coming to work, 
But those eight-nine hours wait to go home is absolute nonsense."

Anybody else on the same boat?

I hear ya kwam... same here... the Part-time thing does help, though it makes it "4-5 hour wait to go home" instead of 8-9...

I'm definitely "dying" to go to school, but with 2-3 months of vacation coming up (May-July), I think the wait for me is only 2 months right now... just need to make it through...

Of course, I have enough things keeping me busy, with selling the house, moving, picking a school (unlike you, I still have some negotiating to do before I pick

). So I guess it's not as bad...

For the last week, I've been working til midnight every day.

As soon as we sell our house but no later than mid July even if the house hasnt sold. If our house goes under agreement I am giving my notice that day haha. Best of all one of the guys I work with is interested, so if he buys it I will just cut him a real good deal since I wont be paying a realtor and it wont take as long.

sounds like a plan. Was supposed to meet with my realtor today, but she got sick... so waiting for Monday to see what the timeline will be. Hopefully sold by end of April.

slightly different for me... Workload has ramped down after a succesful product launch.. But new 'very interesting' products in the pipeline which i've already started working on. They're in concept phase so can still be cancelled, but nothing will ramp up until the second half of this year when I'll be gone, so i'm just training up my team so that they can replace me after i leave.

cant wait 2 go 2 school n its become very difficult to pass time with each passin day. m an investor n most of my time used 2 b spent huntin for good real estate investment opportunities but nowadays i hv almost stopped that. I dont want to b left with an investment that i cannot liquidate bfore goin 2 school. I already hv a few which i hv 2 liquidate. M an international so gotta lotta things 2 settle n many things 2 liquidate. Things r really gettin boring
