My answer is (A). It took me 41 seconds.

First split: "are sufficient" VS "is sufficient".
Because the subject is "the market forces" (Plural), choose "are" and eliminate (BCE).

Second split: "are subjected" VS "is subjected".
Because the subject is "the movements" (plural), choose (A) and eliminate (D)

A) to which the movements of a stock price are subjected are Subject-verb agreement is spot on. Movements is followed by 'are' and same for 'market forces' which is plural. Every other option doesn't follow this rule.

B) to which the movements of a stock price is subjected is Like I said above, 'market forces' is plural. If you eliminate the prep phrase you're left with 'The market forces is sufficient'. Straight away wrong and eliminable. Same problem is found in options C and E.

C) to which the movements of a stock price are subjected is Same as option B

D) to which the movements of a stock price is subjected are A different subject-verb issue here. 'Movements' here is plural, eliminate the prep phrase and the sentence is 'movements is subjected'. Wrong, eliminate.

E) subjecting the movement of a stock price is Same as option B

Answer is A

The market forces [to which the movements of a stock price are subjected]
are sufficient to surprise even the most experienced stockbrokers.

The subject in the main clause, 'The market forces' is plural.
The subject in subordinate clause modifier, 'The movements' is plural.
The sub-clause, then, "The movements of a stock price are subjected" is the correct Subject Verb Agreement(SVA).
The same is true with the main clause, "The market forces are sufficient to surprise" is the correct SVA.

A) to which the movements of a stock price are subjected are
Based on the analysis, choice A is correct.

B) to which the movements of a stock price is subjected is
Both main clause subject and the modifier subject does not with their respective verbs. Eliminate.

C) to which the movements of a stock price are subjected is
The main clause subject does not agree with the verb. Eliminate

D) to which the movements of a stock price is subjected are
The subordinate clause subject & verb don't agree. Eliminate

E) subjecting the movement of a stock price is
Here 'subjecting...stock price' is just a modifier( not subordinate clause) of the main subject, "The market forces", which does not agree with the linking verb, is. Eliminate.

The market forces to which the movements of a stock price are subjected are sufficient to surprise even the most experienced stockbrokers.

A) to which the movements of a stock price are subjected are -> 1) The market forces.....are.... is correct form. 2) the movements....are subjected...is also correct SVA form. Let's keep it.

B) to which the movements of a stock price is subjected is -> Multiple SVA errors. Incorrect.

C) to which the movements of a stock price are subjected is -> SVA error. "is" is incorrect. Incorrect.

D) to which the movements of a stock price is subjected are -> "is" is incorrect to use. SVA error.

E) subjecting the movement of a stock price is -> again "is" is incorrect.

So, I think A. :)
