the monthly fee of for a certain cellular telephone plan is $0,25 per minute for the first 200 min. Was the fee for June less then $60?
1) calling time for June was 180 min
2) for 460 min of calling time, the fee would be four time as greater as that for June.

I think it's A.
1) 180<200, so 180 * 0.25= 45, and 45<60 -sufficient
2) tells us that f(460)= 4*F(june), but we don't know what is cost per minute (CPM) after the first 200, so it can be less, even or more than 0.25$.
let's say the cpm after 200 min is 1$ per minute. so f(460)= 200*0.25 +260*1=310
and 310/4>60.
on the other hand, the cpm after 200 min can be 0.2$, so f(460)= 200*0.25+260*0.2=102$
and 102/4<60
so 2 is insufficient

2. june's fee=4*(0.25*200+X) = 200*0.25+260*z, z=price plan per min for the rest of the time after 200 min, we need this to solve the equation. so not suff.
