MANHATTAN REVIEW OFFICIAL EXPLANATION:



Unanimous opposition is necessary ‘to improve’, ‘for improving’ or ‘in improving’. ‘To improve’ is correct. Eliminate A and D. B is passive. It is not ‘the prejudice’, a specific example of prejudice which is to be opposed. Rather ‘prejudice’ in general is to be opposed. Eliminate E. Choice C is the correct answer.
