Able to vs enable?? which one? Can some one give a good explanation on this? I feel like I know it but just can't express it.
I picked enable over able because based on the output of the precise measurements scientists will do some thing. So that action is enabling them. C & E out
B is awkward and A is clear and concise compared to D.

i feel that "slowly moving closer " should be parallel to "for making " hence IMO C
