d for the first sequence is 4
d for the second sequence is 5
LCM of 4 and 5 is 20.
The first common term is 21 and the next will 21 + 20 = 41
The third common term will be 41 + 20 = 61
and so on......
The last common term is 401
=> Total number of common terms = {(401 - 21)/20} + 1 = 20
The answer is (C).
