Red Chips = 3(Green Chips)

Green Chips = 1/2*(Blue Chips)

Looking for the ratio of "Green Chips" to "All Chips"

We need to find the number of blue chips; let's use an even number, since it's being divided by 2.

Let Blue Chips = 8

If there are 8 blue chips, and Green Chips = 1/2*(Blue Chips) = 4

Thus so far, [B=8], [G=4]

Finally, Red Chips = 3*Green Chips

R = 12
B = 8
G = 4

In total there are 12 + 8 + 4 = 24 chips.

[4 Green Chips] to [24 Total Chips] or 1:6
