Let Green chips = x
Therefore Red chips = 3x
Therefore Blue chips = 2x
Therefore total chips = 6x
Therefore, ratio of green:total = 1:6 option A.

Let b = blue chips
Ratio (r:g:b) = 3(1/2b) : 1/2b : b
Ratio of green/total = 1/2b / (3/2b+1/2b+b)
= 1/2b/3 = 1/6
Hence, ratio would be equal to 1:6 (A).
