C as well

1) 2 and 5 are factors . Then the number has to be a multiple of 10
Hence the square root of the number can be a an integer or it can not be

For example
Sqr(10) is not integer ssqr(100) is an integer.

2) the unit digit of the number is 5
The number can be 256..... sqr(256) is 16
The number can be 55 ......sqr(55) not an integer
Not suff

together
The number can be 50, 1500 , 15000.......None of the numbers is a square of an integer
Hence C
