Hmm...I must have got confused on this someplace in my studies...can any experts chime in to confirm?
Not an expert but if you divide by a negative you must flip the inequality.

inequalities are just like equations- Only thing you need to remember is to REVERSE the inequality in case you multiply or divide by a -ve quantity
