The poet William Blake believed that true religion reveals through art, not through nature.
In order for the sentence to be parallel, it should has 'through' rather than 'by/in'. Thus, eliminate choice C, D, E. Between A, active form, or B passive form. since true religion can not reveal anything, instead true religion is the object. So, the correct usage is 'true religion is revealed through'.

The best answer is option B.
The poet William Blake believed that true religion reveals through art, not through nature.
reveals is incorrect because a form of the verb to be is required, and this absent in this option. Based on this, options A, C, and E can be eliminated.
Between options B, is revealed through and D, is revealedby, we can use the meaning to decide the better option. Revealed by art in option D suggests art is doing the revelation. This is not the case. Art serves as a medium through which true religion is revealed. Option B on the other hand uses the right preposition through to establish the role played by art in the revelation of religion. Hence option B is the best answer out of the lot.

The poet William Blake believed that true religion reveals through art, not through nature.
A. reveals through maintains parallelism; however verb is required B. is revealed through correct uses a verb and maintains parallelism C. reveals in distorts parallelism D. is revealed by distorts parallelism E. reveals incorrect distorts parallelism
The poet William Blake believed that true religion reveals through art, not through nature.
A. reveals through B. is revealed through C. reveals in D. is revealed by E. reveals
Official Explanation
Correct Answer: B
Choices a, c, and e are incorrect because the helping verb is is required to make the sentence logical. Choice e is also missing the preposition through, which is necessary for the correct meaning as suggested by the context of the sentence. Choice d uses the preposition by instead of through, which is inconsistent with the final phrase and also less correct as suggested by the context of the sentence.

A. reveals through B. is revealed through C. reveals in D. is revealed by E. reveals
Religion needs to be revealed by someone or something, so it should be a passive voice. Eliminate A, C, E. Between B and D, D is not parallel to the rest of the sentence, so B is the correct answer.
