This is an Inference question, so it is made up of premises only; you need to find a conclusion stemming from those premises:
- Premise A: The price of a home bought through an agent = service fees charged by the architect, the constructor, lawyers and entrepreneur etc.

Premise B: People form groups to create homes. These groups handle the process of creating a home. They spend less on their homes than they would do by buying through an estate agent.
