Will give sum as 0

So least positive number is 6

The question is asking sum of 13 different numbers. (NOT sum of different numbers is 13)

IMO answer is 1
-12, -11,-10,-9,-8,-7,-6,-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,78
sum is 0

­I think question language is bit tricky. Question asked us the least possible positive numbers are there in these 13 different numbers whose sum is 0.
So lets consider out of these 13, 12 are -ve and 1 is positive like For eg- (-1,-2,-3,-4,-5,-6,-7,-8,-9,-10,-12) Then positive number that can make the sum to zero is 78.
Hence, the least number of these numbers that must be positive - One.
Answer is B.

Lets say 12 negative numbers add upto -99, we need minimum one positive number lets say 99 to make it zero.
