This is b/w D and E. IMO D
E uses the past participle and in D "have been" is same as using the past tense.

This makes A, B, and C is wrong because of "quicker".
Between D and E, we are comparing a past activity with present so I will go with E, but somehow I am not convinced about it. D looks equally good.
