Hi KarishmaB Bunuel

I have a doubt in part-1 of the question.
The answer should be False. It is given "enrollment in the 21 states (including the District of Columbia) shown in the table" then why do we not include District of Columbia?

Sajjad1994
Total Fall Enrollment in Private Degree-Granting Institutions: 2008

The table above gives the 2008 enrollment in private degree-granting institutions for the 20 states with the highest total enrollment, as well as for the District of Columbia. These statistics do not include state-funded and federally funded public institutions. The data include both for-profit and not for-profit institutions; enrollment for both of these categories is provided in addition to the total enrollment.

Consider the following statements about enrollment in the 21 states (including the District of Columbia) shown in the table. For each statement, indicate whether the statement is True or False, based on the information provided in the table.

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE ELABORATE 1ST QUESTION ??

Consider the following statements about enrollment in the 21 states (including the District of Columbia) shown in the table. For each statement, indicate whether the statement is True or False, based on the information provided in the table.

It is clearly given " enrollment in the 21 states (including the District of Columbia) shown in the table " then why we exclude District of Columbia in 1st question ?

District of Columbia has 37967 people enrolled in non profit 4 year course (not 37.967). The decimal is an error. Number of people cannot be a decimal. Also the two non profit and profit should add up to the total which is 71 thousand type. So the decimal is an error. Arizona does have the lowest number.

Is it better to stick to DI official questions only because of these kind of errors in questions?

Unfortunately we don't have that luxury. We need to practice a lot and official questions are limited and there are no other official type sources such as LSAT for CR and RC.
Also, it is possible that this typo is not there in the original test prep question. It is just a typo.

Hi Sajjad1994 Bunuel

There is a typo error.
Not-for-Profit(4y) of District of Columbia seems to be a 37967 not 37.967.
