Explanation:
Cairo has 4/3 of limerick temperature = 60×4/3 = 80
In Halifax, it's 5/8 of Cairo temperature = 80x5/8 = 50

L (60) = \(\frac{3}{4}\)(C)
=> C = \(\frac{4 * 60 }{ 3} = 80\)
C(80) = \(\frac{8}{5}\)(H)
=> H = \(\frac{5 * 80 }{ 8} = 50 \)

=> C = \(\frac{4 * 60 }{ 3} = 80\)
