In question 2, I eliminated option E thinking that there was no mention of what CONTEMPORARY greek sculptor was like. Given that the historians compared to Greek sculptors, which were of ancient times (not contemporary), I eliminated that choice.


What am I missing?

RE: Question 2

There is no mention of "contemporary" Greek sculptures in the entire passage. I am not convinced by the answer key and the explanation furnished by carcass. Going strictly by the process of elimination by tallying options against the details provided in the passage, none of the options seem suitable.
