As the stimulus states that several of the athletes who represented Navatanya at the last Olympics have decided to become coaches, and they will no longer compete at the international level.
Option C is incorrect because the athletes who represented Navatanya at the last Olympics and have decided to become coaches might be present at the next Olympics as coaches.

I think C is a trap. Other options are eliminated easily.
