Let m be the number of minutes.

Since we know the fixed charge, the variable charge, and the total, we can set up the following equation: \(120.75=82.50+m*0.025\)

We can find m: \(m=\frac{120.75-82.50}{0.025}\)\(=1530 \) min (decimals can be turned into fractions to simplify calculations)

By dividing by 60, we can find the number of hours: \(\frac{1530}{60 } =25.5\) hours

120.75-82.50:-38.25, for data 38.25/0.025:-38*1000/25:-38*40:-1530
now convert this into hrs
1530/60:-25.5 so ans is E
