The above can be arranged in table structure as shown
Here, X can take minimum value as 0 and maximum value as 2200.
In both the cases, the table would look like
I. More than half of the titles distributed by L are also distributed by M. - NO!
Half of L = 7100/2 = 3550.
M has 3000 and 5200
II. More than half of the titles distributed by M are also distributed by L. - YES!
Half of M = 2600
L has 3000 and 5200
III. No titles are distributed by both L and M. - NO!
L and M has at least distributed 3000 together
IMO B.
