Can a 'how were your values challenged' essay reflect your position if you were in a role were elminating heads (by was of process automation) was the main goal? How do you structure such an essay? what kind of things are important to include?
My structure thus far is:
P1 - Situation
P2 - Why this is a values challenge?
P3 - How was the situation resolved? (side note: is it resolved by leaving? or does that answer look like giving up?)
P4 - Recap / things I learned

Leaving can be attributed to weakness. What actually happended in you case ? Did you leave ? In that case, I would pick another situation and not this one.
