Median = (12+14)/2=13; Mean = 146/10=14.6 So only 14 satisfies the requirement IMO B

Number of terms = 10.
So middle terms are 5th and 6th = 12$ and 14$
Median = (12 + 14)/2 = 13$
Mean = (10 + 2*11 + 2*12 + 14 + 16 + 17 + 21 + 22)/10 = 146/10 = 14.6 $
Number of prices between 13 and 14.6 = 14$ (only one)
So, Option B
