Volume of small cube 2^3= 8
Vol of large cube : 8*2= 16 as its twice of small cube volume ' given'
side of large cube (16)^1/3
which would be 2^ 4
or 2*(2)^1/3 option C

8*16 = 128 after this how did u get this ---> $$16^{\frac{1}{3}}$$

dave13 : YES as volume of cube is a^3 ; so here if volume is 8 so side would be ( 8)^1/3 which is 2 ..
