# of combinations for Women = 11! / 2! x (11-2)! = 11 x 10 / 2 = 55
# of combinations for Men = 9! / 2! x (9-2)! = 9 x 8 / 2 = 36

Now to get the total number of combinations, simply multiplying the 2 (55x36), we get 1980.

My pick E
