Hi Bunuel,

The question is incorrect. IMO, it should be "30 of the gray cats are NOT domestic ones"

Hi Bunuel,
There seems to be some typo error...
200 ---- 70 street cats and 130 are therefore domestic...
again 200 ---- 110 are gray, so 90 are non-gray...
110 gray cats ---- 30 are domestic, so remaining 110-30 = 80 gray cats should be street cats... BUT the total street cats are ONLY 70

Answer is C.
SC=70,DC=130
GC=110,NGC=90

So SC,GC30 and DC,GC=80 NGC,SC=40 and NGC,DC=50

SC=stray cats
DC=domesticated cats
GC=Gray cats
NGC=Non Gray Cats

SC = Street Cat; DC = Domestic Cat

DC & Gray = Total Gray - SC & Gray = 110 - 30 = 80
DC & Not Gray = Total DC - DC & Gray = 130 - 80 = 50

My answer is C.

110 gray cats including 80 domestic cats.
130 domestic cats in total.

So 130 - 80 = 50 non-gray domestic cats.

Since 70 are street cats, 130 are domestic.

Since 110 are gray, 90 are not gray.

Of the 110 gray cats, there are 30 gray cats that are street cats, so there are 110 - 30 = 80 gray cats that are domestic.

Thus, there are 130 - 80 = 50 cats that are domestic and not gray.
