Al doesn't like the combination of Anchovies and Pineapple, so if we subtract the cases when these two can be chosen in three choices, then we can get the total no. of combinations sans the combinations containing anchovies and pineapple together.
So, total no. of choices without any restriction = 7C3 = 35. No. of choices when Anchovies and Pineapple are already chosen = 5C1 = 5.
