Can someone explain why it is C, and not E, and please correct me if i am wrong My reasoning for choosing E: if we have a case where median is 100 and the range is 30 for the first value and 100 for the highest value, we dont know how many numbers are there, there can be numbers such as 30,100,100, so median is also 100 and the standard deviation is more than 40, or it can be 70,100,140, where median is 100, but standard deviation is in deed less then 40 so it is insufficient because we have a case where it is correct and where it isnt.
