1 and 2 together are sufficient:

1.2*x + 0.7*y = 8.1 => 12x + 7y = 81 => y :: 3 => y = 3, 6, 9, ...

Moreover, y is odd, since 81-12x is odd.

a) if y = 3 => x = 5,

b) y = 9 => x = 1.5 - non-integer.
