This problem gets me going crazy... I just couldnt figure out how to arrive at the answer..Pls help

ST1. W:C is 5:2, C:M is 5:11
=> W:M is 25:22 (multiply 1st ratio by 5 and 2nd ratio by 2 so that C=10)
Not sufficient, because there infinite number of case that satisfy this ratio
ST2. W<30. This statement alone doesnot give us any info about Men.
ST1 & ST2: W:M is 25:22 AND W<30. The only possible way for this to be true (without cutting women into pieces
) is if number of women = 25. Then Men=22.
So, together SUFF.
(C)
