Definitely put the Education after Work Experience. The entire resume should flow in reverse chronological order, not just the work experience section.

What wrong with my resume? Is it the content or format or presentation?

I am not a resume expert by any stretch of the imagination, but this was shown to me as an example of a good resume. Most notably, yours differs in formatting and doesn't have a 'qualifications' section, but the language in your experience certainly seems results-oriented (which I think is what we MBA applicants want), so I'm not really sure of what you're troubled by on your current version.

Also, SINGAPORE! Love the place.
