a and c are wrong bcause formely henri rousseau's paintings are considered ill formed and primitive and not henri.
e has due to being in it... so eliminate it.
btw B and D, B sounds as the paintings of henri has estabilished henri, while the sentence started with the discussion about painting... so eliminate B
