In the original sentence which is trying to refer clause " labor unions have lost their influence...."
but that is not possible with a relative pronoun. co C and E are out
In B and D , D is trying to change the original intended meaning
SO I will choose B

A ',Which' is used to refer the nearch noun form, which in this context is influence. Hence, A,C and E are wong.

B, D are right because it requires a ' -ing' for word to show the Cause and effect relation. Hence, resulting is used.

Now I am confused b/w B and D ... Both seem OK.

@rrkan - Care to explain how the original intended meaning was changed ?

PS: I have no reason to say that D is wordy.

Its agreed that we have to choose b/w B & D.

Now in D, "analysts claim to be in favor of" shows that analysts are in favor of management, not the resulting climate.

Hence B for me, which clearly shows that resulting climate is in favor of management.

Kindly correct me if I am wrong.
