Hello,

So I have pretty much narrowed my decision to BC, BU, and USC (for personal/family reasons I ruled out WUSTL and ND).

BC gave me 45k (total tuition is 68k).
BU gave me 30k (total tuition is 79k).
USC gave me 47k (total tuition is 94k).
Darden interview is Friday but I'd guess I'm not going to get in.

I want to do corporate finance and I don't mind the Boston area and I can definitely work in the LA area. Is there any compelling argument for me to take USC with half tution over BC with over 2/3 tuition? And I can't find any reason to take BU over BC, either.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Not sure if you've already made your choice but, for me, its a clearly BC vs. USC. Equal money, i'd take USC but given the gap, I'd say the choice is even. Pick whatever city you'd like to work in after (or just see who wins the NBA finals and go there).

i'd say that the USC brand is strong enough to warrant the 24k difference. personally, i'd pick whichever coast i wanted to be closer to, as you'll find the alumni network (and name) carries more weight on whatever coast the school happens to be located in (this goes for almost any top school as well).

I agree... USC for the alumni network alone. I moved to LA a few years ago and USC alum are like their own entity, especially out here.
