Toatl volume of 3 small cubes is 3*5^3 = 375
Now, 375 is 50% of the total volume of the large cube, so total volume of the large cube is 2*375 = 750
Now, We know 8^3 = 512 , 9^3 = 729 & 10^3 = 1000
Lets check - 8.4^3 = 592.704 & 9.5^3 = 857.375
Hence, among the given options we can conclude that the Answer must be (B)
