Hello,
My first post here. Hope you guys have some information that I don't.
I have a three-year undergrad from India (GPA 3.8) and have my Masters (2 yrs GPA 3.5) from a ~50 rank university here in the US. I have been in the airline industry (operations research) for the last 4 years and my target school is HBS. Have a 710 on GMAT but may retake it later this year.
My question - does HBS consider applications from three-year undergrad degrees? I wasn't able to find specific answer to this question in their website. The FAQs clearly mention that HBS requires 'A degree program at an accredited U.S. four-year undergraduate college/university or its equivalent;'
Booth, MIT and even Stanford among others explicitly state that they do consider applications from applicants who hold three-year undergrad degrees but HBS isn't clear about this. The 'or its equivalent' is clearly ambiguous but if any prospective, current or past applicants have any additional information on this issue, can you please share your thoughts.
I was planning to attend an info session or contact HBS Admissions but will first see if I can get any valuable insights from this forum.
