Hello,
My first post here. Hope you guys have some information that I don't.
I have a three-year undergrad from India (GPA 3.8) and have my Masters (2 yrs GPA 3.5) from a ~50 rank university here in the US. I have been in the airline industry (operations research) for the last 4 years and my target school is HBS. Have a 710 on GMAT but may retake it later this year.
My question - does HBS consider applications from three-year undergrad degrees? I wasn't able to find specific answer to this question in their website. The FAQs clearly mention that HBS requires
'A degree program at an accredited U.S. four-year undergraduate college/university or its equivalent;'Booth, MIT and even Stanford among others
explicitly state that they do consider applications from applicants who hold three-year undergrad degrees but HBS isn't clear about this. The '
or its equivalent' is clearly ambiguous but if any prospective, current or past applicants have any additional information on this issue, can you please share your thoughts.
I was planning to attend an info session or contact HBS Admissions but will first see if I can get any valuable insights from this forum.
Thanks much!
