Let find the max speed of the bus which it exactly reach the crossing gate when train reach.
Train speed is 90km/h.
90 km = 1hr
1km = 1/90 hr ( This is the distance the train reach the crossing)
Bus speed is B, since both has to collide, bus has to reach the crossing in 1/90 hr (time taken for train to reach)
1/90 hr = 700m = 0.7 km
1hr = 0.7 * 90 km = 63 km
Bus max speed should be 63km/h
Answer is B

if it travels at a little less than 63kh/hr it will collide with the front of the train and if it travels just above 57km/hr it will collide with the end of the train
