Hi guys, I am just about to send the application to the Msc in finance but as I am waiting for a reply from LSE I'd like to know how much time does St. Gallen allow to accept the offer and send the deposit.

You should contact St. Gallen's admissions office directly. Even if someone here can let you know based on past year's, there's no guarantee that's the same practice this season.
In general, if it's a school specific question that isn't "strategy-related" you are always best off going directly to the source of the information rather than a third party.
