Help! I am stressing out because I have just 10 days before my re-take, and I have scored lower on my last FIVE CAT's than my official 660 score in late November!
After getting a 660 on my first attempt, I was confident I could top 700 with a few months of studying. I have been using Knewton's on demand course, along with Manhattan's math guides. I feel I have a better understanding of the content than I was when I took the GMAT in November, but my test scores are indicating the opposite. My pace has been terrible and I have been running out of time.
Should I postpone my appointment? I would be lying if I said I was feeling confident, but I also don't know how accurate the scoring for these CAT's are compared to the real thing. I already figured out that Veritas massively inflated my verbal score (45 verbal on my best, compared to just 35 on the real thing). Anyway, I would appreciate your feedback.

Yes, your scores are not improving it seems. Perhaps time to take a GMAT prep or buy 2 more GMAT prep tests and see how you are doing?
it is NOT uncommon for people's scores to go down at retake, esp when they ignore some areas and overemphasize others (the areas that were ignores quickly deteriorate - GMAT is a perishable skill). Is that your problem potentially?
Your other issue is that you took too long to retake (You have spent 3 or 4 months - enough to forget quite a bit)
I would retake the GMAT prep and see where you end up and maybe move the GMAT date and put 30 days of intense studying between you and the date....

Aren't you burning yourself out with frequent mocks? I believe mock tests should have been spaced appropriately to understand timing issues and to actually *review* areas of concern.
I'd suggest review your mock tests (If you're using old Veritas tests, give them a miss) and also assess/reattempt official GMAT Prep tests.
GMAT is a test of reasoning and nerves so panicking will only make things worse!
Whether to postpone or not is a personal call, and depends on how confident are you about crossing the 700 mark -- which I believe, you want to!
