Can someone please guide and suggest some steps/tips on how to improve the score from 655 to 705+

Including/sharing your section scores and which areas you feel are holding you back could be helpful. If you feel your fundamentals are solid, consider working on your solving approach. May help boost your score a bit. For example, one of the Quant questions I may do with a student isn't conceptually hard per se but may take roughly 3.5 minutes (based on gmatclub stats). With some changes to one's default approach, however, it may potentially be done in closer to half that time. Even on Verbal and DI, there are things you can potentially change/do. Perhaps include working with a study buddy who is really strong on a section you find a bit challenging (you could offer to help with areas you're strong on in exhange). There's a study buddy thread on gmatclub you could check out/sign up to.

How to score high on the GMAT. Why solving approach is important.
