Well first of all you should eliminate the fear of speaking English.
second be confident and practice is the key. reading newspaper, watching news channels. participate in debate , watch English movies with subtitles that's how you would get to know how to pronounce the word.

also, if you have American friends, you can try talking to them more often
I am trying to improve my Spanish lately, so I hit up a lot of my Spanish speaking friends and try to encourage them to speak to me in Spanish. it's probably too early to say if it's working or not, but I think it's a good way to force yourself, but also accomplish a little bit of socializing (two birds with one stone).
