Split #1: Wee see that the list of attributes consists of substantives. Hence, the first word in this list must be one too - creativity. Therefore, we can preclude all options that don't use "creativity". Those are A), B) and E).
Split #2: Now we're left with C) and D). In my opinion, D) is unidiomatic. It should be "to require X of Y". In this case the syntax doesn't work out. Besides that, C) is completly fine and more concise. Therefore, C) is the correct choice.
