I am seeking any advice, any help or any suggestion that anyone may have for me.

I am an Indian, 35F, looking to pursue MBA in Fall 2023 outside India.

I have a strong work history, community involvement and academic record, but I quit a few years back to trail my husband to Singapore, and since then I have spent most of my time there, a time I used to pursue personal interests. However, recent events in my life have motivated me to pursue MBA, but I am afraid I am too late.

I started preparing for GMAT 6 months back and have managed to score exact 610 [Q: 47, V: 27] on both my tests, given two months apart. Not one point change in my score has made me lose hope that I could improve within the R1 application period; I had hoped to enrol in ’23, considering I may not be able to fit the class profile if I delay by a year and prepare for a better score. My target schools were top 50-100, which could provide me decent ROI and an opportunity to relocate, at least in short - mid term. At this point though, the idea seems too far fetched.

I did try to reach out to professionals individually but mostly have not returned my enquiry, a sign which seems to reinforce the idea.
Would you have any advice for me? Could you please direct me to someone who could help me?

PS: Pardon my ignorance if this may not be the appropriate place for such a post. I apologise.

Hi apkaann

It is possible to improve by 100+ pts in around 5 weeks if you're putting in a minimum of 25-30 hrs every week. However, it is only achievable if you put your efforts in the right direction by working on the core issues (not just core concepts).

I have helped many students achieve a similar feat in the past. One such example can be found here. Akshat improved from GMAT 650 to 730 in just 24 days. Learn how Akshat achieved this remarkable feat:

Feel free to reach out if you would like to connect with me and discuss your score improvement strategies in depth.

Is top 50-100 necessary for decent ROI and the opportunity to relocate?
You could consider schools that don't require a GMAT score or schools for which your score is high enough. Many such schools have good placement records that will allow you to re-start your career and relocate.

Hi apkaann,

I see you are trying to complete your GMAT in the next month to be ready for admissions deadlines, but have you given any thought to round 2?
